Box office opening hours:
Daytime: Monday –
Saturday, 9am - 6pm
Evenings: Monday – Saturday, 30 minutes prior to the start
of the event.
How to pay:
In person – by cash, cheque or credit card
By telephone – by credit card subject to a £1 charge per
transaction
By post – by cheque (payable to Luton Cultural Services
Trust)
Accepted credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo,
Electron, Switch Maestro.
Please note that the online booking facility is currently
unavailable.
Reservations: Tickets can be reserved for any event
(excluding weekly classes) and group bookings are available
(for 9 or more persons.) Reservations must be paid for
within 3 working days - any reservations still on hold after
this time will be returned to general sale. If a show is
sold out, reservations still on hold on the day of the show
will be released for re-sale 30 minutes before the start
time.
Concessions: Carers of people with disabilities are
entitled to a free ticket. Please mention your entitlement
to a concession at the time of booking. The other Hat
Factory concessions do not apply to a pdm gig.
Refunds: We are unable to issue a refund once your booking
has been processed. Tickets may be exchanged for those of
the same value for another event, subject to availability
and an administration charge of £1 per ticket.
Access: The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Guide dogs are welcome. An induction loop is installed in
certain areas for those with a hearing aid that can be tuned
to ‘T’. Please ask at the time of booking if you have
any access queries.
