Luton Love Music, Hate  Racism

We’re working with a Luton LMHR and a combination of local unions and political groups to put on  LMHR events in Luton featuring local bands and LMHR guests from further afield. 

All money that would be paid to the bands and PDM will be given to the Luton Love Music Hate Racism campaign.

22nd April - Love Music, Hate Racism pre election gig. Sunflies, Blumunki, Kilto Take  & Friends of the Family  ****£3**** All band and PDM proceeds to Luton LMHR

17th September 2009 - Love Music, Hate Racism - Rock night at The Hat Factory, £3, 8pm, all ages show. Third Law, Loz Jones, Arrows and Load. Limited Edition Third Law single 'There Is No Evil Equal To Hatred' available at this gig for a donation to Luton LMHR

9th July 2009 - Love Music, Hate Racism - Punk night at The Hat Factory, £3, 8pm, all ages show. The Assault , The Van Cleef, The Adenoids plus more to be announced.

May 15 2009 - Love Music, Hate Racism at The George 2nd (opposite the Hat Factory) with Joe Driscoll, Pirate Radio, Lester Allen, The Janet Street Preachers, The Quirky and D&B session into the night. FREE, 18+, bbq from 7pm bands from 8pm

18th April 2008 - The Ruby Shoes, Drive Like Casey, The City Kings and Adrian Abbott. The Hat Factory. 8pm £3

So, we're looking for Luton area based bands willing to volunteer for these, or future gigs, please get in touch with us via pdmmusic@aol.com (not via Facebook, MySpace etc as it’s a lot easier for us to keep everything going through one contact point). Send us a bit of information about your band, a website or MySpace link where we can hear you and a statement about why you want to be involved in LMHR (that’ll be useful as a quote for the publicity etc).
